Job Description


  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
  • Relevant technical qualification or degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management. 
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics.
  • Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and attendance records.
