Job Description

Prepare authentic South Indian and Kerala cuisine with consistent taste and presentation.



Plan menus, standardize recipes, and develop new regional dishes.



Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.



Monitor kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.



Supervise and train kitchen staff for efficient operations.



Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and a well-organized kitchen.



Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction.
