Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and issue materials as per requirements.
  • Support in preparing daily/weekly stock reports.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
  • Help in physical verification of inventory and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely material dispatch.
  • Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist in documentation and filing related to store operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel/Word) preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in store/inventory management.
