1. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock of all raw materials, packing materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.

• Daily physical stock verification.
• Maintain minimum & maximum stock levels.
• Monitor slow-moving and dead stock.
• FIFO/FEFO system follow karna.

2. Material Receipt Receive materials from suppliers.

• Check quantity, quality and documents.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
• Inform Purchase & QC team about received material.
• Report shortage, damage or excess material immediately.

3. Material Issue Issue material only against approved requisition.

• Ensure correct quantity and batch is issued.
• Update stock immediately after issue.
• Track department-wise material consumption.

4. Finished Goods Management Receive finished rolls from production.

• Verify quantity, size, GSM and labels.
• Arrange finished goods location-wise.
• Maintain dispatch-ready stock.

5. Dispatch Coordination Prepare dispatch material.

• Verify dispatch quantity.
• Coordinate with dispatch team and transporter.

Ensure proper loading and documentation.
