Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in company services and products
• Explain ERP, CRM, software solutions, and IT services to prospects in a simple and clear manner
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM or internal systems
• Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales/business development team
• Build positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Confidence in speaking with customers over calls
• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet usage)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred QualificationsAny Graduate / Final-year students can apply
• Prior tele-calling or customer interaction experience is a plus (not mandatory)
