Overseeing the end-to-end loan process, from application and documentation to disbursement and timely collection of EMIs

• Team Management:
• Motivating, training, and developing a sales team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service. 

Common Requirements

• Experience:
• Several years of sales experience in the auto loan sector, with specific experience in used car loans being preferred. 

• Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills are essential. 

• Knowledge:
• A strong understanding of the auto loan business, dealer handling, customer financing, and loan documentation. 

• Mindset:
