Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
Explain products/services and generate leads
Follow up with customers and maintain client relationships
Manage data entry and maintain records in Excel/software
Handle back office documentation and reporting work
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Maintain customer databases and daily reports
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or back office work preferred
