Job Description
Our software helps businesses manage their field operations, employees, tasks, attendance, customer visits, and reporting from a single platform. Our customers include organizations across manufacturing, construction, FMCG, healthcare, sugar mills, and other industries that manage field teams.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Telecaller to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling product demos, and providing post-sales support to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Noicely's solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-up activities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Assist existing customers with basic product queries and support requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure successful product adoption.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, BCA or related field is preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or related roles.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or software sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Conversational proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati
- Basic written and spoken English skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software and spreadsheets.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-centric mindset.
