Responsibilities:
✅ Handle IndiaMART inquiries, follow up leads
✅ Talk to clients via Phone, WhatsApp, and email
✅ Understand requirements, coordinate w/ sales, team
✅ Maintain inquiry records, timely response
✅ Build customer relationships through communication
Requirements:
✔️ 1–2 yrs experience
✔️ Fluent English, Hindi, Gujarati
