  • Make outbound calls to explain products & generate leads
  • Attend inbound calls & respond to customer queries
  • Schedule and execute timely WhatsApp/email follow-ups
  • Update CRM/Excel tracker with accurate lead status
  • Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
  • Submit daily/weekly call and follow-up reports
