Job Description
We are looking for a Tele Sales Calling & Payment Follow-up Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers, generating sales inquiries, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally over the phone
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and payment status
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order and payment updates
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support when required
- Ensure daily call targets and follow-up schedules are met
