THE NEST REALTY is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for our growing real estate team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining project details, generating quality leads, and coordinating site visit appointments for our ongoing residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided database
- Explain property and project details professionally
- Generate and manage customer leads
- Schedule site visits for interested clientsFollow up with customers regularly
- Maintain daily call records and updates
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing and customer handling skillsPositive attitude and professional behavior
- Experience in telecalling or real estate will be preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
