Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and handling incoming inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, referrals, or databases, and following up on leads to close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and securing repeat business, as well as handling customer grievances.
- Product Knowledge & Reporting: Developing in-depth knowledge of products/services and maintaining accurate, updated records of customer data, orders, and interactions.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting daily and monthly sales quotas and activity targets (call volume). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in English and/or local languages.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Attitude: Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of handling rejection.
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
