Job Description

TRAINER – COLLECTIONS

Job Title: Process Trainer

🎯 Job Purpose:

To train new hires and improve skills of existing employees for better recovery performance.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction training for new agents
  • Provide product/process training
  • Train on call handling, objection handling & negotiation
  • Conduct mock calls and role plays
  • Identify training needs based on QA feedback
  • Conduct refresher training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness

📊 KPIs:

  • New hire performance post training
  • Improvement in low performers
  • Training feedback scores

🎓 Requirements:

  • 1–3 years training experience in BPO/collections
  • Any Graduate

💡 Skills:

  • Presentation & communication
  • Coaching & mentoring

💡 Remuneration:

·        15000 to 25000 (PF&ESIC included)
