Job Description

Transport Manager નું મુખ્ય કામ છે Factory થી Showroom અથવા Customer Site સુધી Furniture નું Safe, On-Time અને Damage-Free Transportation કરાવવું. Delivery Team, Drivers, Vehicles & Routes નું Proper Planning કરીને Smooth Dispatch Process Maintain કરવી.

  • Products નું Daily Dispatch Plan બનાવવું
  • Customer Delivery Address પ્રમાણે Routes Optimize કરવું
  • Vehicle Load Capacity પ્રમાણે Furniture Arrange કરવું
  • Multiple Deliveries માટે Efficient Route Plan બનાવવું
  • Production Team થી Ready Items Collect કરવી
  • Proper Packing & Handling થાય તેની ખાતરી કરવી
  • Loading Team ને Supervise કરવું (Damage free loading)
  • Delivery Challan, Invoice & Order Papers Prepare કરાવવી
  • Customer Delivery Time Confirm કરવી
  • Delivery Team ને Installation Instructions જણાવવા
  • Customer Site પર Furniture Damage વગર Unload થાય તેની ખાતરી કરવી
  • Difficult Locations માટે Proper Guidance આપવી
  • Delivery Complete Confirmation લેવા
  • Daily Delivery Report (Delivered / Pending / Return)
  • Vehicle Running Sheet Maintain કરાવવું
  • Fuel Consumption Report
  • Damage Report & Missing Items Record
