Job Overview:
The Travel Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, handling client inquiries, and delivering customized travel solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and vendors for bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale support.
