Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Operate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines
  • Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements
  • Load CNC programs and ensure correct machining operations
  • Perform drilling, milling, tapping, and finishing operations
  • Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
  • Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Follow safety and production guidelines
