Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Sort, scan, and store inventory in designated locations
• Pick and pack orders as per requirement
• Ensure accurate labelling and documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts
• Follow SOPs and work as per shift schedules
• Use handheld scanners and basic systems (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Physically fit to handle material movement
• Willingness to work in shifts

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and discipline
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts
• Standing for long hours
• Handling packages and material movement
