Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks on various metal components, ensuring strong and precise joints as per specifications and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding using methods such as Arc, MIG, and TIG
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and strength
- Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment
- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Follow safety standards and procedures at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI in Welder or equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in welding work
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (Arc, MIG, TIG)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with welding tools and equipment
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and in a team
