Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills.)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated 3D Concrete Printer Operator to operate and manage large-scale robotic construction printers used in advanced 3D concrete printing projects. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and will be responsible for machine operation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring smooth execution of printing activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor 3D concrete printing equipment during project execution.

• Perform machine setup, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Execute print jobs according to digital models and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine, equipment, and process-related issues.
• Coordinate with software, design, and material teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain machine logs, production records, and quality documentation.
• Support machine assembly, installation, and maintenance at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in improving machine performance and printing efficiency.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience or exposure in any of the following will be preferred:

• CNC Machine Operation
• Industrial Robotics
• Automation Systems
• Laser Cutting & CNC Routing
• PLC-Controlled Equipment
• Manufacturing & Production Operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience operating CNC machines or automated industrial equipment.

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with machine calibration, coordinates, and equipment setup.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, special-purpose machinery (SPM), or assembly environments.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best operational practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computational Design, or any relevant technical field will be an added advantage.
• Additional RequirementsCandidate must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits and project-related travel.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
