3D Modeller And Texture Artist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeller & Texture/Rendering Artist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating high-quality, optimized 3D assets for real-time applications, including AR, VR, XR, WebGL, and interactive simulations (Optimize models for Unity, Unreal Engine, WebGL, AR, and VR platforms).

You will work closely with our designer, Unity developers, and project manager to build visually compelling experiences for enterprise training, product visualization, virtual showrooms, and digital twin applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models for industrial products, machinery, medical equipment, environments, and architectural spaces.

Develop realistic PBR materials and textures with attention to detail.

Perform UV mapping, retopology, mesh optimization, and LOD creation for real-time applications.

Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, product photographs, and reference images to create accurate models.

Participate in design reviews and incorporate client feedback efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and workflows in 3D visualization and immersive technologies.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Blender, Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, or similar 3D software.

Experience with Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent texturing tools.

Knowledge of PBR workflow, UV unwrapping, baking, lighting, and rendering.

Good understanding of topology, optimization, and real-time rendering pipelines.

Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine asset workflows is an advantage.

Ability to create both realistic and stylized assets as required.

Strong artistic sense of composition, lighting, materials, and color.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
