Account Executive

We are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Manager for our import-export and non-ferrous metal trading business. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, TCS, import-export documentation, and statutory compliance.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing accounts operations, taxation, reconciliations, and coordination related to international trade transactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage GST compliance including:
• GST return filing
• GST reconciliation
• E-invoicing and E-way bills
• Handle TDS and TCS compliance including deduction, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Maintain accounting for import and export transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for:
• Import remittances
• Handle vendor and customer reconciliations, including overseas parties.
• Monitor receivables, payables
• Prepare MIS reports, stock reports, and financial summaries for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, shipping agents, and government authorities.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
• Maintain proper statutory and financial records.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, Excel,
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
