Job Description
- Handle daily accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
- Generate and maintain Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, Credit Notes & Debit Notes.
- Record customer receipts and vendor payments.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Cash Book reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Outstanding) and Accounts Payable (Vendor Outstanding).
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Delivery Challans, Quotations, and Payment Receipts.
- Maintain GST-compliant accounting records.
- Assist in GST working, TDS entries, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Generate MIS reports, sales reports, outstanding reports, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Purchase, and Management teams.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist the Chartered Accountant during audits and financial reporting.
