Job Description

Financial Recording & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records, including General Ledger entries and, in many cases, payroll.


Compliance & Tax: Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax documents, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.


Reconciliation & Audits: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and internal audits to identify inaccuracies or potential risks for fraud.


Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze financial data to create budgets, forecast trends, and recommend cost-reduction measures.


Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports and insights to management, investors, or creditors
