Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and records
  • Assist in billing, invoicing and voucher entries
  • Handle data entry in accounting software and Excel
  • Maintain files, documents and account records
  • Assist in bank-related and reconciliation work
  • Support GST and basic taxation documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for accounts activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely record maintenance
  • Perform general office and accounts support tasks
  • Use MS Excel, Word and email for daily operations
