Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts & Office Executive who is good with Tally, numbers, reconciliations, payment follow-ups, cheque deposits, and basic office work.
Role: Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Requirement: Tally knowledge, number discipline, and willingness to handle field/basic office work
- ResponsibilitiesDaily accounting entries in Tally
- Bank, vendor, client, and payment reconciliations
- Payment collection follow-ups with clients
- Cheque collection and cheque deposit at bank
- Maintaining invoices, receipts, ledgers, and expense records
- Tracking receivables and payables
- Coordinating with clients/vendors for pending payments
- Supporting GST/TDS/accounting documentation with CA/team
- Preparing basic reports for management
- Handling basic office/admin work when required
- Maintaining cash, bank, and credit card records accurately
- RequirementsGood knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Should be disciplined, punctual, and trustworthy
- Should be comfortable with payment collection and bank visits
- Detail-oriented and good with numbers
- Prior experience in accounts/reconciliation preferred
