Accountant At Construction Site

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Note: Need a minimum of 2 years commitment until project completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Accounting:
• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Filing Bills:
• Process and file invoices and bills promptly.
• Verify bill amounts and match them with purchase orders and receipts.
• Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
• Maintaining Labor Accounts:
• Track labor hours and maintain labor cost accounts.
• Prepare payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Handle labor-related financial queries and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
