Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Functions:
- Maintain daily books of accounts using Tally Prime/ERP.
- Bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- GST calculations and TDS calculation.
- Support in finalization of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, schedules).
- Assist with client audits and statutory compliance.
- Office Administration:
- Handle client correspondence, email communication, and documentation.
- Manage incoming/outgoing files and maintain records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor payments.
- Provide administrative support to senior partners and staff.
