Job Description

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.

Prepare invoices, quotations, and vouchers.

Manage bank reconciliation and petty cash.

Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and other compliance work.

Maintain office files, documents, and records properly.

Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence.

Support administration and office coordination activities.

Follow up with customers/vendors for payments and documentation.

Maintain stock and office inventory records.

Assist management in routine operational tasks.
