Job Description – Accounting & Admin Executive
Employer Name: Gopani Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.
Job Location: 708, Shilp Zaveri, Near Shyamal Cross Roads, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
· Mutual Fund Distributor related operational work
· KYC updation and client onboarding on online platforms
· Collection of documents digitally & physically from clients
· Accounting and office administration work
· Client hospitality and coordination
· Calling and taking appointments from Potential Entities Directors / HR for doing Seminars
· Compliance-related support work such as TDS, GST, Company Law matters, MIS, etc.
· Coordination and follow-up with clients and various stakeholders
· WhatsApp communication and management
· Working across multiple office locations, if required, Travelling anywhere within Ahmedabad for office/client work
Candidate Requirements:
· Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
· Open to learn new things in Finance field, Basic Accounting Knowledge
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail, basic AI and basic computer operations like surfing etc.
· 2-wheeler vehicle with valid driving license and driving skills & Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad alone or with the Team
Probation Period: 3 Months
Salary – Rs 10,000 – 15,000
Notice Period: 1 Month notice period
