Accounts Manager

Review and finalize books of accounts.

Handle finalization of accounts and closing journal entries.

Prepare depreciation, deferred tax, and MAT workings.

Review GST, TDS, capital gain, and inter-company reconciliations.

Coordinate with auditors and management.

Prepare and verify documents for Income Tax, ROC, SEBI, and Bank queries.

Prepare CMA data and financial reports.

Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory reporting.

Supervise accounting operations and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Taxation.

Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.

Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC compliance.

Good understanding of depreciation, deferred tax & MAT.

Experience handling bank and regulatory documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook.

Knowledge of TechExcel software (preferred).

Strong analytical, leadership & team management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
