Job Description

Website Management

  • Manage and maintain WordPress website.
  • Upload and publish blog articles.
  • Format articles, images, tables, and charts.
  • Optimize posts for SEO.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience.
  • Update plugins and website content when required.

Content Management

  • Publish AI-generated and manually written content.
  • Proofread and edit articles before publication.
  • Create engaging blog layouts.
  • Ensure content follows SEO best practices.
  • Schedule and manage content calendar.

SEO & Traffic Growth

  • Perform keyword research.
  • Optimize on-page SEO using tools such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Improve internal linking structure.
  • Track rankings and organic traffic growth.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain spreadsheets and project trackers.
  • Handle routine website and business administrative tasks.
  • Assist with social media posting and scheduling.

Social Media (Preferred)

  • Share blog content on Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Create basic graphics using Canva.
