Job Description

ob Summary:

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing overall administrative operations within the factory, including housekeeping, security, facility maintenance, and coordination of construction and other support services. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of all non-production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration:
  • Handle daily administrative activities within the factory premises
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to admin functions
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
  • Housekeeping Management:
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the factory
  • Monitor hygiene standards in production and office areas
  • Ensure availability of cleaning materials and supplies
  • Security Management:
  • Oversee security staff and ensure proper gate management
  • Monitor visitor entry, vehicle movement, and material in/out records
  • Ensure implementation of safety and security protocols
  • Facility & Maintenance Coordination:
  • Manage maintenance of office and factory infrastructure
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, electrical, plumbing, and civil work
  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities (water, electricity, etc.)
  • Construction & Project Coordination:
  • Follow up on ongoing construction or renovation work
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor quality and safety compliance at site
  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify and coordinate with service providers (HK, security, contractors)
  • Handle vendor billing, agreements, and performance monitoring
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
  • Support safety audits and inspections
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Handle transport, canteen, and office support services if applicable
  • Assist management in any other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
  • Basic knowledge of facility and vendor management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in factory administration

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Exposure to handling housekeeping, security, and facility operations
  • Male Only
