Role Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals (freshers & experienced) to support our US sales team in merchant services and POS solutions. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and booking appointments with business owners across the United States.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to introduce merchant services / POS solutions
- Identify decision-makers and generate interest in payment processing solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly targets (calls, connects, appointments)
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication
- Confidence in speaking with international clients
- Basic computer knowledge & ability to use CRM tools
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
