● Identify prospective customers by using business directories, online searches and other sources, collect information about customer needs and requirements. Following leads from existing clients. ● Attending exhibitions, trade shows and conferences. ● Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors’ products, prices , sales. ● Travel to assigned regions to meet with new clients and identify new prospects.ASM must undertake tours to meet clients 18 days mandatorily in a month. Each such tour shall consist of meeting the maximum number of clients in that location. He will inform the reporting head as per agreed format about his tours. ● The ASM should be a good communicator and an achiever along with good negotiation skills, implement sales strategies, policies and process in order to achieve or exceed sales in respective target Accounts and Target Markets. ● Ensure orders received are based on acceptable commercial terms, secure payment terms, proper financial instruments etc to safeguard the company’s financial interests. ● Timely follow with customers for payments and debt recovery in line with agreed contract. It is imperative of the ASM to keep track of receivables and collect payment on time. ● ASM will share MIS mentioning details of daily calls made with all the necessary details as shown in the format. Submit daily reports of Client Visits, Samples collected from the market, Payment follow up to the immediate reporting manager on a consistent basis. ● ASM will have to submit all the visiting cards of clients/influencer to the management and update complete contact details of clients/influencer they come across regularly in an excel sheet and share it with the management. ● ASM will email all the orders and inform his reporting manager and coordinate with the dispatch department for transport of goods. ● ASM will maintain record of the entire promotional gift distributed to his clients as per the client bifurcation. WHO CAN APPLY:  1-2 years of experience in sales.  Anyone who already has a good market in PVC industries and has a good customer base along with a good business relationship with customers will be preferred first.
