Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients across industries (SMEs, mid-market, large corporates).
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as a single point of contact for client servicing and support.
- Ensure high client retention through continuous engagement and service excellence.
- Assess client risk exposure and insurance requirements.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the organization.
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
- Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle
Key Skills Required
