Job Description

Assitant Manager - ABEX

•    Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matters concerning direct tax liabilities enduring all TDS / TCS compliance for group entities.
•    Ensure preparation of working for tax audit and aligning the same with BU / CATO team / Tax Auditors and filing of Form 3CA/3CB/3CD on Income Tax Portal.
•    Ensure preparation of working for domestic as well as international transfer pricing audit and aligning the same with BU / CATO team / Tax Auditors and filing of Form 3CEB on Income Tax Portal.
•    Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Income Tax Returns with proper checks and controls.
•    Accountability for Advance Tax Working and calculation.
•    Preparation of current Tax / deferred Tax working and ETRs for the same. 
•    Filing of Statement of Financial Transactions Returns on Income Tax Portal
•    Respond to notices from tax authorities and collect data related to the requirements as sought in notices.
•    End-to-end collation of data / information for regular assessment / TP assessment under the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961. 
•    Application of lower tax deduction at source (L-TDS) certificates.
•    Providing TDS / TCS opinions on a case-to-case basis.
•    Prepare audit schedules in line with direct tax liabilities and transfer pricing, in the desired format by auditors/BUs, and ensure closure of audit queries.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues.
•    Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all tax-related activities.

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience, including approximately 2-3 years in the Direct Tax domain.
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferable.
  • Strong functional knowledge of domestic as well as international tax laws.
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders.

Knowledge of transfer pricing is preferable
