Job Description

Associate Manager - Technology

Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies.
Design, develop, and execute functional test cases (manual and/or automated).
Identify, record, and track bugs to closure.
Perform regression, integration, and sanity testing.
Contribute to building and maintaining a robust automation test suite.
Work closely with the automation team to expand automation coverage.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Utilize test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
Apply basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Use bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
Conduct API testing with tools like Postman.

Experience Required: 4–6 years

Education: Preferably BE/BTech/BIT/MCA/BCA
