Job Role: PLC Programmer

As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, testing automation programs for industrial machinery. This role requires hands-on expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration. You will work closely with the engineering team to design, implement, and optimize PLC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, program, and maintain PLC-based automation systems.

· Design, test, and troubleshoot SCADA, VFDs, HMIs, Servo Systems, and control panels.

· Work with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and other PLC platforms using ladder logic and advanced control strategies.

· Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.

· Read and interpret electrical schematics and control system diagrams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: 1 to 3 years in PLC programming and industrial automation. (Fresher Can also apply)

· Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, VFD, HMI, Servo Systems, and control panel design.

· Proficiency in ladder logic programming and troubleshooting techniques.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and work independently.

· Educational Background:

o Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in only Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Electrical Engineering.
