About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves extensive travel across Gujarat and Rajasthan to generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, demonstrate software solutions, and support on-ground implementation activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable with field travel, and possess the ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Visit prospective and existing clients across assigned territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Explain software applications and solutions to clients and end users.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients regarding implementation and support requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Support the implementation team during client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Territory Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Rajasthan.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT product sales, ERP sales, or technology solutions.
- Prior experience in client demonstrations and product presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Experience handling corporate or institutional clients.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be willing to travel regularly as per business requirements.
