Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Back Office Executive who can manage day-to-day operational coordination, documentation, data handling, reporting, and communication support across departments. The role requires attention to detail, speed, discipline, and proper coordination with the Design, Development, and Social Media teams.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal workflow, task tracking, client data management, reporting, and operational clarity.
- Key Responsibilities
- Call for payment
- Administrative & Operational SupportMaintain daily operational records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for task updates and execution flow.
- Prepare and organize documents, proposals, invoices, and client records.
- Handle data entry and maintain proper digital filing systems.
- Support management in daily coordination and follow-ups.
- Team CoordinationCollect task updates from all departments.
- Track project timelines and pending work.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Maintain daily work status sheets and reporting formats.
- Follow up with team members for completion of assigned work.
- Client & Data ManagementMaintain customer databases and lead sheets.
- Update CRM and project management tools regularly.
- Manage WhatsApp communication records and basic customer coordination.
- Prepare reports related to leads, sales, campaigns, and project status.
- Documentation & ReportingCreate and maintain SOP documents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Organize meeting notes and action points.
- Maintain proper backup of company data and files.
- Digital Operations SupportAssist in uploading website content, social media data, and campaign information.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for required assets.
- Manage Google Sheets, Excel reports, and online forms.
- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination ability.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and online tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
