Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation: Preparing quotes, and technical project documents.
• Data Management: Organizing and updating digital and physical client files.
• Customer Follow-up: Proactively calling existing leads and customers for project updates or payment reminders.
• Coordination: Assisting the sales and field teams with backend support.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Previous experience in a backend or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
