Job Description

Job Title: Back office Executive

Reports To: CEO

Location: Khokhra, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a organized, proactive Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will serve as the "right hand" to leadership, managing schedules, correspondence.

You will act as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, prioritizing inquiries
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, managing correspondence/emails on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Document & Information Management: Prepare reports. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Special Projects & Events: Assist with planning company off-sites, board meetings, and team-building events.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive, confidential company information with the highest level of integrity.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience supporting management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Follow-up: Excellent follow-up skills
  • Communication: Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity: Solve problems independently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
