Job Description

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for following up with customers regarding outstanding payments and sending payment reminders through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. The role includes coordinating with the sales team for customer follow-ups, order updates, and maintaining accurate customer records along with payment status reports. The candidate will also assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and handling routine data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks. Basic knowledge of Tally is required to support day-to-day accounting and back-office operations.
