Core Responsibilities


​The day-to-day for a Back Office Executive usually involves three main pillars:

​Data & Records Management: Gathering, verifying, and maintaining company databases. This includes processing financial transactions, managing client files, and ensuring legal compliance.  

​Operational Support: Assisting the sales and management teams by processing orders, scheduling meetings, managing office inventory, and handling internal communications.  

​Analysis & Reporting: Performing market research and data analysis to help senior management make informed decisions. You aren't just "entering" data; you're often the first person to spot a trend or an error.
