Job Description

  • Warehouse OperationsManage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper stock arrangement and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain warehouse safety and operational standards.
  • Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Prevent stock shortages, damages, and inventory losses.
  • Logistics & DispatchCoordinate transportation and delivery operations.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Manage transporters, courier partners, and logistics vendors.
  • Team ManagementSupervise warehouse and logistics staff.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
  • Reporting & CoordinationPrepare inventory and dispatch reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams.
  • Identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.
  • experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP software.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
