Job Title: Back Office Executive – Solar Panel CompanyCompany: Solar Panel / Renewable Energy Company
Job Location: Office-based
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 Years preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (as per experience)
Job Description:We are looking for an organized and responsible Back Office Executive to support daily office operations in our Solar Panel company. The candidate will handle documentation, coordination, data management, and support sales & technical teams.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
- Maintain customer and project records
- Coordinate with sales, site, and technical teams
- Data entry and MIS reporting
- Follow up with clients and vendors
- Handle emails, calls, and office documentation
- Assist in subsidy, net-metering, and project paperwork
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Knowledge of solar industry documentation (preferred)
