Job Description
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
- Coordinate with front-end sales team and other departments
- Prepare sales reports, invoices, and documentation
- Handle order tracking, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
- Resolve customer queries related to orders and billing
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock availability
