Bakery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily briefing sessions before the start of each shift.
• Ensure all tables are set up according to company standards before service begins.
• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information regarding menu items, ingredients, portions, and food allergies when required.
• Inform guests about daily specials, promotional offers, and discount schemes.
• Recommend menu items and assist guests in making informed choices.
• Upsell food and beverage items as per company guidelines.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly.
• Communicate guest orders clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
• Check food presentation, quality, and cleanliness of crockery and cutlery before serving.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Present bills to guests and process payments accurately.
• Handle cash and other payment transactions responsibly and maintain proper records.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables and ensure timely transfer to the cleaning area.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and service procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
