Barista – Key Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.

Welcome customers politely and take orders accurately.

Suggest add-on products and promote ongoing offers to increase sales.

Maintain cleanliness of the beverage counter, seating area, and equipment.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal grooming standards.

Monitor stock levels of milk, syrups, coffee beans, cups, and other consumables.

Support billing, order handover, and customer complaint handling professionally.

Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed properly.

Coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations.

Maintain teamwork and a positive attitude in the workplace.

Follow company SOPs and audit compliance standards.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Participate in sales growth activities and focus on customer satisfaction.
